Join us for a fun-filled day of golf, food, games & prizes and giving back to the community! We'll play an 18 hole, 4-person-scramble. (No need to worry if you're not an avid golfer.) Put your team together now -- it'll be here before you know it and we are limited to the first 64 players to sign up! You'll find a registration form on Page 6.
The tournament's success depends on the generosity of Hole-Sponsors and raffle / door prize donations. If your business would like to contribute to this excellent cause and get some extra publicity in the process, call Lynda Barry at 651-224-6707.

& Capitol City Days / September 11th - Noon-10 PM
& September 12th - Noon - 9 PM
The West End Business & Professional Association, in conjunction with the Capital City Days Committee, proudly present the 1999 Capital City Days Parade & Festival. The Capital City Committee, a community based organization, was formed to breathe new life into the West End community's most inclusive festival!
Thanks to the generous financial support of the Capital City Partnership, the annual W 7th Street Parade will be one of the best ever! The parade begins 11 a.m., at Randolph & Milton and ends at W 7th & Jefferson. WEBPA member, Roger Amundson of Dakota Bank will be our business Grand Marshal. Celebrity Grand Marshal to be announced.
The Festival will follow the parade on the Minnesota Brewery Grounds. Plenty of family FUN, food and entertainment will be available each of the two days, as well as live bands both evenings for the "big kids". A listing of activities, performers, and vendors will be available in Sept. issue of the Community Reporter Newspaper.
If your business/organization is interested in being included: in the parade lineup sponsoring a parade unit/band, or in volunteering your time, call Ray Vanyo -- Parade Chair, at 651-222-6448; as a vendor at the Festival or in donating time or funding in support of the Festival, call Holly Crouse at 612-868-1987.
