For those who have not been able to make a meeting, or are new to the community, the West Glenn HOA Board Members are:

President: Steve Bowers
Vice President: Joey Van Arsdale
Treasurer: Chris Sanchez
Secretary: Ana Brice-Nash
Member At Large: William Crowley

The Board of Directors for West Glenn Estates works for the homeowners, and in order to function properly, the Board must fairly and equitably follow and enforce our governing documents. One of the key reasons why some communities governed by board of directors are dissatisfied with the board is the failure of the board to consistently follow and enforce their governing documents.

Whether you moved into your home last month, were one of the first residents, or arrived somewhere in between, you approved of the architectural style and general appearance of the community. How do we maintain the property values and the sense of pride we felt when we
moved in? The simple answer is ?“Abide by the Deed Restrictions.?” Deed Restrictions are:
1. Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs or Declaration).
2. Articles of Incorporation.
3. Bylaws.
4. Design Guidelines.
5. Initial Use and Occupancy Restrictions.
6. Rules and Regulations.
These ?“Controlling Documents?” establish the restrictions in the ways we may use our property. They are established to protect our rights as homeowners and to ensure that the integrity of the original community is preserved and our community remains as nice as the day we moved into it. How do we maintain property values? Let?’s all abide by the Deed Restrictions.
