City Council will hear arguments regarding requested rezoning behind the current Capitola Commons apartments, on Wednesday November 10 at 2 p.m. (time certain). This rezoning, several hundred feet from Capitol Highway, would protrude apartment zoning (R2) into the existing single family neighborhood. It would also cause the Capitol/Dickinson intersection traffic fall to level F (failure). Neighbors are urged to make time to attend the hearing. City Council needs to hear your views.
