With the one way in and out of Waianae - Traffic is very difficult. The suggetion is to open more lanes or create more lanes or at least another way to get in and out of Waianae. The Waianae coast is the only area on this island that has only a one way in and one way out. I think this needs furthur looking into.
There has to be some other solution to work out where we can eleveate some traffic and allow for more lanes.
I hope someone can look into this. If natural emergency was to happen on the West side of island that I would think most people would opt for the disater then leave knowing the traffic they will be stuck in trying to get out.
