In accordance with the bylaws of this Association annual dues are due in March and are considered delinquent if not paid within sixty (60) days.  Dues are twenty five dollars, $25.00 each year per household.  

 Entrance signs were replaced about five years ago.  Over three years of dues collections were spent to manufacture and install those signs using volunteer labor to manufacture and install the signs.  

The officers of your Association ask that you, the residents, will take pride in the improvements made in the neighborhood especially those made at the entrances.?  This is your neighborhood and like you we take pride in "promoting a better community for residents through group action".  In doing this we want to ensure the long term property values by exceeding our neighbors' expectations.
