There is a vacant house on Birkdale Court that has been empty for over 8 years. It will eventually bring the value of our homes down and it must be a real health hazard. The house should probably be bulldozed down. A vacant lot would be nice.
My husband spoke to the City about it and they said if the lawn was not mowed, they could file suite against the owner.
Does anyone have any other ideas?
