Last year a pine tree, behind our house, in the common area, was replaced. Unfortunetly this tree is now dying. What is the warrenty on the trees from the landscapers. Will this be replaced?

If we need to relace a tree, this will come out of the HOA budget.

The warranty from the builders landscaper and our landscaper is limited.

Glenn and I will need to look at the area. We are scheduling our HOA meeting for sometime in October and can address landscaping issues with ALL homeowners.

Another Dead Tree

There is also a dead tree located between #25 and #27 where the entrance to the common area is located. It has been dead since at least last winter. If this is not going to be replaced can we not at least get the landscapers to remove the tree?
