Upcoming Meeting!

Our second meeting, open to all neighbors, will be Aug 28 at 7pm. I haven't established a location yet, and though the Library conference room was great, we have already filled it up and are looking for a larger meeting location! We are considering the Warr Acres Community Center or City Hall or MacArthur Free Methodist Church, but haven't confirmed their availability yet. If anyone has suggestions, please contact James England right away. We'll need to confirm a location and get the word out soon!

The agenda for the next meeting will be as follows:
Neighbor signin-we'll use nametags to help everyone get to know each other
Update from James England on what has transpired and volunteer needs*
Address from Neighborhood Alliance representative
Discussion of specifics of the structure of the Association-bylaws, bank choice
Discussion of details of Neighborhood Block Party:time, date, location, events/games/menu/funding for needed expenses
