Is there anything that can be done about a neighbor's barking dog?? I work split shifts and try and sleep thru the day but can not do so with the barking dog. I have tried to talk to them about it but they won't answer their door and I have also left them a note.

call animal control and have them talk to the owners. if your problem can't be resolved this way, then go to the police station and file a complaint and then take them to court. |
