VOLUNTEERS WANTED AT DENVER BOTANIC GARDENS?’ 55th ANNUAL PLANT AND BOOK SALE:

There are a variety of plant and people-related volunteer opportunities at Denver Botanic Gardens?’ 55th Annual Plant and Book Sale. The Preview Party is Thursday, May 6, 4 ?– 8:30 pm; and the Plant & Book Sale: Friday & Saturday, May 7 and 8, 7:30 am ?– 1:00 pm and 12:30 ?– 6:00 pm. Volunteers are needed for the following positions: 1) the week prior to and after the sale for set-up and tear-down, and 2) the days of the sale for greeting, directing and assisting shoppers; cashiering; checking-in volunteers; reading stories to children; and transporting plants.
