"Everything you always wanted to know about zoning regulations (but were afraid to ask)" will top the agenda at the next meeting of the Washington Park East Neighborhood Association on Wednesday, Nov. 18. The meeting, scheduled to begin at 7 p.m., will be held in the O'Fallon Theater at Denver Academy, 110 1 S. Race St. The meeting is free and open to the public.

Speakers at the November 18 meeting will include Gerard Zschoche, WPE's zoning coordinator, who will discuss R-1 properties; neighborhood resident Terry Andrews, who will discuss historic preservation efforts; and a representative of the Denver Zoning Administration, who will discuss the city's rules and regulations.
