Denver Public Schools Letter Regarding All City Stadium:
Oct. 19, 2004
To all South High School Community Members:
Denver Public Schools would like to announce a new initiative to better serve the community surrounding South High School and All City Stadium.
As you may or may not know, non-school groups and organizations rent All City Stadium for a variety of purposes. Our goal is to make sure that all users of All City Stadium follow established guidelines and that their use of this facility is not disruptive to the neighborhood.
The Denver Public Schools Community Use office has established a web site that will keep an up-to-date schedule of all upcoming events at All City Stadium so that community members will be informed of scheduled activities. We expect the web site to be complete by the end of October. Look for the site at:
http://allcitystadium.dpsk12.org
To receive free email updates about upcoming events at All City Stadium, sign up today at:
http://communications.dpsk12.org. Click on ?“get news.?” Be sure to indicate that you want to receive news about All City Stadium from the menu of choices.
In addition, we would like to inform all community members of the rules all renting parties must follow when using the school facilities. The rules of conduct for the All City Stadium can be found at:
http://partnershipforms.dpsk12.org and click on ?“All City Field Use Rules.?”
Denver Public Schools holds all clients accountable for their actions during the use of our facilities. If community members find that any of our clients are not abiding by the rules, we encourage them to report any such instance immediately to the following numbers:

Sincerely, Jason Gilmore
