LAST BUT NOT LEAST: The bio for our newest WPENA Board member, Cindy Johnstone, didn?’t make it into the last newsletter. She has been a resident in Washington Park East since 1986. Cindy was introduced to the WPENA Board by Ann Morgan, and was appointed to the Board after Susan Fox Pinkowitz resigned. She has been serving on the Zoning Committee. Cindy?’s volunteer work has included working at City Councilman Charlie Brown?’s office for the summer. Cindy is a retired school counselor.
