The WPENA BOARD bids a fond farewell to Terry Andrews who has served in various positions on the Board, including Vice-President and Inter-Neighborhood Cooperation (INC) Representative, for the past five years. Terry is appreciated most for her passion and dedication to neighborhood preservation and to the enhancement of inter-neighborhood relationships. She has been an effective leader and we will miss her.
