Time Once Again to Get Out the Snow Shovels: Winter has finally arrived, and clearing sidewalks is back on the list of things to do. Even those walkways that have been conscientiously shoveled can become icy as snow melts and then refreezes when temperatures drop at night. Please remember that City Ordinance #48-9-551(a) requires that residents remove snow and ice from public sidewalks 24 hrs. after a snowstorm, and that businesses do so within 4 hrs.
