Washington Park East Neighborhood Association

There was a piece in the Rocky Mt. News today that said Denver Academy has purchased land and buildings for a new campus and will be moving high school students there from the Wash. Park building over the next two years. Do they plan to keep the lower grades in Wash. Park (the article was unclear about this)? If so, this sounds like a good thing for the neighborhood as the older younger students have the greatest impact on the surrounding neighbors. If not, what do they plan to do with the building? Is this the next loft project?
