Our meeting opened at 7:09 with the Lord?’s Prayer. Yvonne gave the roll call and all members were present. Julia made a motion to accept the January 5, 2006 minutes as written. Idella seconded the motion. We voted and accepted the minutes.

We discussed the Rules and Procedures for our Council. We reviewed Item III C, D, E, F, and G for clarity. Made correction of IV C to Term of office shall be two (2) year, which term is to commence at the conclusion of the election of all officers.

Julia will research additional information on Roberts Rule.

The mobile food dispensing vehicles have been seen in the Neighborhood. We will follow-up to see if the signs have been replaced showing they are prohibited.

Elton will refer activities to BSO.

Yvonne will email information on the New River Project from South Florida Water Management District to both Associations. The Project will affect the whole Neighborhood, so we need as many people involved as possible.

Yvonne will call about the branches still in the River as a result of Hurricane Wilma. She has a DVD and Video made about the River that she and Eugene were in. She will show it at the Washington Park Civic Association meeting. She also has calendars that were provided by them.

Idella motioned to close the meeting. Elton seconded the motion. Meeting closed at 8:00pm.
