If there is a request for records we need two to four weeks to provide them.
Eugene reviewed the Code and Zoning Courtesy Warning form. We will invite Street and Block Captains to our May meeting. We want them to assist in providing information to residents so that they know how to place complaints. The warning will be in triple copies, a copy will be given to the resident; Code and Zoning and the Council will have a copy. When we speak to the resident we will give them the code in the Enhancement Plan that the violation is for. On the warning we will also list the property Folio Number. A file will be kept to track the Courtesy Warnings. Yvonne motioned that we accept the Courtesy Warning with corrections and have the County to make copies as door hangers. Julia seconded the motion. We had a unanimous vote to accept the motion. Julia made a motion to have the County make ID badges for the Council members. Yvonne seconded the motion. It was a unanimous vote to accept the motion.
