the notice in the columbus dispatch on 7-28-08 is one of 2 notices required by the puco for oawc to post in the local newspapers. this notice is to inform the residents/customers of oawc that the puco is holding 5 hearings for our last ditch effort to reply to the proposed oawc increase. there has been no approval on any increase yet. these hearings come first.

i have worked very hard and so have you oawc customers who sent in letters to the puco and gov. strickland, circulated petitions, etc... to get this puco public forum/hearing in blendon township. this is the opportunity we have been working for. now we need a great turn out. lets fill the church!!!! this will be a statment in itself. there is power in numbers. we still have time to submit letters and petitions up until our public hearing.

this is the last chance and a great opportunity to make a difference in the obsurd increase that oawc is trying to gouge out of their customers.

mark your calenders for august 20th, 2008 @ 6 p.m. 3607 dempsey rd-faith covenant church. we will have news coverage. make time for this meeting - it could end up costing you 32% on your water bill per month if we do not pack the house. a couple hours on wednesday 8-20-08 could save you hundreds per year.
