Watermark Association Pet Guidelines and Rules

All animals located on property are required to be in compliance with state and local laws regarding rabies vaccination as well as be in compliance with proper Mecklenburg County animal permitting.

Breed Restrictions: There are no breed restriction at this time.

No animal can be kept on the Condominium Property, except for small

household pets (15” at the shoulders and no more than 25 lbs). Such pets may not be

kept or bred for any commercial purposes and must have such care and restraint as is

necessary to prevent them from being or becoming obnoxious or offensive on account of

noise, odor, unsanitary conditions, other nuisance. No savage or dangerous animal can

be kept or permitted on the Condominium Property.
