Watermark Water Usage Reduction

Have you ever flushed your toilet only to hear it run continuously for hours afterwards? 

Do any of your faucets' drip non-stop?

Water is not only one of the largest expenses our community pays on a monthly basis it is also the single largest contributing factor to HOA fee increases and reduction of services within the community! 

Help do your part-we are all in this together!

Often times we get so used to a toilet that constantly runs or see a dripping faucet we start to just "forget" about it or just consider it "normal".  The sad truth is that this wasted water is costing thousands of dollars every year and will only continue to increase as the Watermark plumbing system continues to age.  The irony of this wasted $ is that these repairs can often be made for under $5!

In the coming months we will keep the community updated on what our actual water usage is as well as cost.  We'll also set some goals for reduction.  You can help by reporting any suspected wasted water you notice.  We're not asking you to be the "water police"-but we know we can't do this without your help. 

If it goes unreported it will certainly go unrepaired!
