This site has been created in the spirit of better communication on what is going on in our community. Both owners and tenants are encouraged to post relevant discussions on our community board.
Discussion Board etiquette Do's and Dont's:
Do:
* Feel free to utilize this site to its fullest extent. In the coming months there will be weekly updates giving even more information on the community and links to many Mecklenburg County Services.
*Check in frequently. If there is something that you think should be added to the website by all means let us know and we'll add it as soon as possible.
* Consider how your post may be interpreted by others in the community. Email, blogs, and message boards some times come off different or more harsh than originally intended.
* Create your own profile. We promise not send out a bunch of junk mail to you-only relevant information that is happening in our community. Updates will include things like pool opening/closing dates, exterior repair and maintenance work, crime stats and updates.
Dont's:
* Do not make personal attacks or references to individuals in the community. This board is monitored and these posts' will not be entered into the community message board.
* Do not make service requests for the community on this message board. This message board is for updating our residents and for better communication within the community. All service requests' should be sent to Williams Douglas Management Company. You can find a link with their information in our contact list.
