It is your responsibility to properly screen your tenants-
Credit checks, State and local crime checks, and calling previous landlord are all very simple and effective ways of making sure you have placed the proper tenant.
This is all of our community and we all want to enjoy homes and common areas-please be respectful to the many new and long term residents that call Watermark home.
There will be increased enforcement throughout 2015-if your tenant causes complaints within the community the HOA will try to address as quickly and efficiently as possible with both the tenant and owner.
