I am all about being able to enjoy your property the way you want to. I do have to say that dumping concrete at the dead end of Pantina Way is not enjoying your property. There are at least two properties on Emerald Bay that are having Concrete poured and finished today. I watched the concrete truck pull up to the dead end and clean out his truck. There is a large fresh pile of new concrete and a few old ones. The weeds are high in this area. This is the reason or at least in part. This area should be cut like any common area. This practice is OK in a new neighborhood but not in an established one.
I am not saying the people who had this work done are responsible for the driver dumping where he did but they are responsible for having the company who is responsible for the driver come out and clean this up.
Semi tractors do not make our neighborhood look trashy but illegal dumping does.
