Tonight I witnessed a women come before a group of people she has been serving for the last four years as there President of the ''WE CARE ASSOCIATION'', for a vote of confidence.
She should have goten a standing ovation ! She explained the problems in the association and her place of leadership, and took responsibility for her part of the decision making that did not please every one.We all know itis impossible to please every one all the time, because there is always two sides to every side of a story. both was given consideration.
As a leader in any copacity you will be critisized right or wrong.
This lady has devoted her self to the neighborhood and in the last four years she has growen is stature and ability to discuss the issues with dignity. She has developed her contacts with the civic authorities and has attended many meeting we never knew about in orded to position her self as our President.
It is a thankless job, I dont wan't it---.I for one want to THANK YOU ,YOU HAVE MY RESPECT!!!!!!
