Hi my name is Jenny from 1126,  my husband Caleb and I have lived here for 3 years.  We have 2 children and I run a home daycare 3 days a week. 

We enjoy spending time in our back deck grilling and having friends over and gardening.

You may remember us from the Pancake Breakfasts we have done in the past.

We moved to Mn from IL 4 years ago to help start a church.  And continue to support and attend Mercy Vineyard Church

Good to hear that at least one problem house is solved.

That is GREAT news!  Its about time!  That landlord certainly doesnt know how to pick his tenants,  the last couple renters have been horrible.  Wonder how much he wants a month?  Anyone know how to find that out?
