$5,000 Given To Chris Tong Who Is Not Even "IN"

Wow, so Jim Kimberlin gave Chris Tong $5,000 for the HOA and Chris Tong is not even in the HOA.  What was the money used for?  HOA money should not be used for non-member sections and should never have been given to a non HOA member. If I recall Chris Tong is one of the instigators of wanting dues to be paid so the members can upkeep the non common area behind his house. Why doesn't he take care of his own yard like everyone else does!

There is something that can be done about it Mr. Norris.  The HOA can be dissolved! It's that simple.

It is not right what is going on here. A lot of deception is going on and the HOA Victims need to be told the truth.

The board needs to retract all the untruths that were told in getting the HOA active.

NO, NOT TRUE.  JIMMY KIMBERLIN GAVE THE NWHPOA $5000.  CHRIS TONG WAS THE PRESIDENT THEN.  NOT SURE HOW HE GOT TO BE ON THE BOARD.  I DID NOT LIVE HERE AND WAS NOT INVOLVED AT THE TIME. 

ALL THE MONEY THAT WAS GIVEN TO THE HOA WAS USED FOR HOA COSTS.  ITS ALL DOCUMENTED IN THE RECORDS.  THE PROBLEM IS THAT THERE WERE NO DUES TAKEN UP AND EVENTUALLY THE MONEY RAN OUT.  WHEN THAT HAPPENED CHRIS TONG CALLED A MEETING OF THE MEMBERS.  ANYTIME YOU WANT TO SEE THE FINANCIAL RECORDS WE WILL BE GLAD TO SET UP A TIME FOR YOU TO VIEW THEM.

WHAT OTHER DECEPTIONS HAVE YOU SEEN?  THE ONLY INFORMATION GIVEN OUT THAT COULD BE CALLED AN UN-TRUTH IS THE SECTION C ISSUE.  NEITHER YOU NOR I KNOW THE TRUTH THERE YET.  WE SHOULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB OF CONFIRMING OUR INFORMATION.  AGREED.  WE'RE DOING THE BEST WE CAN HERE AND WE WILL HAVE SOLID FACTUAL INFORMATION SOON.

Chris Tong was the original President of the HOA.  That is why he was given the money.  I don't understand why everyone is pointing fingers.  It was not one certain individual or the BOD that started this.  It was homeowners concerned about their subdivision and the direction that it is heading.  There is no deception going on here.  You "Turbofan" people have made a mountain out of a mole hill.  It is you that have started what you call deception and untruths.  The BOD has tried to be up front and honest.  They have given you all the information that they have, but you're only hearing what you want to hear.  You are the ones being unfair and closed minded.  Throughout all of these post, it is nothing but negative bickering.  I went to the meetings, and that was all that went on there as well.  It is hard for the BOD to communicate to everyone when no one can hear over all of the immature behavior.  We are all supposed to be adults.  Why can't everyone get together and have mature, adult conversation without all the screaming and yelling.

bbc, targeting and subjecting certain homeowners in a subdivision to dues and possible liens for not following the by-laws while exempting others is not a little thing. This is a big deal. 

No one is screaming or yelling unless that is what you are doing. We are just asserting ourselves. This is America and we all have a right to free speech or would you also like to take that away just has you did by taking away the rights of SOME but NOT ALL  homeowners out here to enjoy our property as we see fit.

This is a very big deal. Obviously bbc you are not "IN."

You can and did take away our rights as homeowners but you CANNOT take away our right to free speech. 

We will continue to speak until this thing is dissolved. We are not going to sit by silently.

 No one will ever want to purchase a home in this subdivision the way things are now and that is going to devalue your property like you have never seen.
