I apologize and I know this a different approach, but I am currently looking for a place that I want to call ‘home’. I went to see a couple of houses in Wesley Heights and I put an offer in, but unfortunately I wasn’t quick enough. As I am sure that you are not surprised, I love this neighborhood, but unfortunately I have seen everything that is on the market there and still have not been able to find the perfect match.
My name is Sunni and I am a 28 year old female looking to buy my first house, which is exciting and stressful at the same time. This area not only feels like it’s my dream location, but also if feels safe and that is something that is very important to me.
I am looking for a house with at least 2 beds and 1.5 baths, if not more. If you or anyone you know is even considering moving I would love the opportunity to speak to you and make the process as easy as possible.
