When I clicked on the Wessex deed restriction link, it took me to Park at Nance. Do those guidelines apply. The reason I'm asking is because I have an old copy of the Wessex guidelines and the setback requirements, etc, are very different. I hope someone can answer this, as the City of Houston is no help at all.
