Purpose of meeting:
Interview three property management companies
Major Concerns:Interviewed Gemini, Omni, and Sentry Management Co.
Outcome -Many of our neglected issues were discussed, such as their collection policy in
regards to past due accounts, how complaints are handled, rules and enforce-
ment.
Outcome -They will be called to come spray the ponds. It is the management responsibility to
Clean the pond. Omni will take care of it when they assume management.
Outcome -It will be revised under the new management company
