June 1, 2010 Meeting Minutes
President: Theresa Lester, Vice President: Kay Tripple, and Secretary: Lucille Moore met at The National Bank of Indianapolis, Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, June 1st, to set up electronic signatures on the Westhaven Commons account. Theresa Lester and Kay Tripple, only, are authorized to sign checks. Sheryl Wise is authorized to get account information. Mr. Wiggins' and anyone else who had been on the Westhaven Commons Association bank accounts were deleted from all accounts. Two signatures will be required at ALL times to sign checks. It will be Mr. Dressler and either the President or Vice President.
Also, an Internet Banking application was filled out and Lucille Moore was certified as Secretary of The Westhaven Commons HOA
