What happened?
In 2009, The Indiana Water & Sewage performed an audit and found we had no sewage permit on filed. The paperwork was submitted but not filed properly. This happened back in 2001—however we are getting audited from the period of 2003-2009 because they can only go back and audit a max of 6 years.
Danielle (our account agent at Indiana Water) could not answer why—the builder did no follow thru with the sewage permit.
She stated—a senior property management agent would have noticed the bill being low.
