Attn: Homeowners

 

Please past along the word about our 2010-2011 Snow plowing: sidewalks, driveways, and front stoop, will only get cleared if there is a snowfall of 4 inches or more. 

 

Just a reminder to everyone that the past 5 years have been 6 inches before anything was done. 

 

Hopefully, this email will help people with their expectations on the snow removal and reduce complaints that will go to the Omni help desk.

Some other considerations:

• Please use garages and driveways where possible.  The snow plowing company has advised us to inform the homeowners to not park on the street, to allow the snow removing operation to run smoothly.

For those homeowners not satisfied with Westhaven Commons 2010-2011 Snow Removal Contract, please call to hire Omni's recommended companies to remove additional snow at the home-owner's expense not the HOA's.

 

This is the best we could provide, based on our tight budget, without increasing our HOA dues thus far.
