Wondered if anyone has had a problem like i'm having regarding ComCast...i'm not a customer of ComCast but Center Point tells me that they were the ones digging in my back yard ...i never gave them permission and they took it upon themselves to come into my back yard and dig..that cause me to have loss of electricity on half my house that included the AC. When CenterPoint came to respond to my call they found that the outage was cause by Com Cast and the man told me that there were others in our neighborhood that this had happen to and he would reccomend that I call ComCast and have them take care of it..so i went 6 days without ac becasue i couldn't find anyone to help me I finally went to one of their stores and got a name of a manager that replied to me....and he said that i should have it worked on and they would pay the bills. Center Point came and did what they call a Termporary By-Pass and I had to sign a contract okaying that they charge $247.00 a month until i have this fixed..I finally found an electrician and was schedule to come and give me an extimate..on the day that he was suppose to come i receive a call from damage services from ComCast and they offer to send a tech to come and work on my problem gave them all my information and waited patienly for a call from their tech..Friday i called them since a week has passed by and no word from a tech..my contact at damageclaims is saying that there is not a log indicating that any one from comcast was at my house digging and therefore they wont be sending a tech....The man from CenterPoint told me that there were several other people from our neighborhood that were having the same problem...Does anyone out there have or had a similar problem that can help me...thanks
