Does anyone know who he belongs to? I saw him two mornings ago. This morning when I saw him, I grabbed a bowl of dog food. Went outside and said "Kitty Kitty" He answered back and came meowing all the way up the street. He drank all the water out of a can of tuna. Let me pet him. He is BEAUTIFUL! He needs a home. My dogs don't want him, or he would be mine!
