As part of our neighborhood beautification project, Briarcreek will be installing Crepe Myrtles, Hollies, and ornamental grasses along Rockwell (the perimeter of our neighborhood). We do not have an irrigation system. I was wondering how other neighborhood associations have solved their watering issues and kept the new plantings alive while they are getting established?
