Stop posting passive aggressive notes on my front door about my yard.
Stop mowing and edging my yard when you think I'm not home, I sit here and watch you violate my property.
I manage my lawn organically. It may not look like yours, its for a reason. If you want perfect lawns go move into a neighborhood where HOA is manditory. It is very very rude and inconsiderate of you to come over to my house on my property and mow and edge my lawn without my conscent. You didn't even do it properly! I'm trying to bring a new species of grass in! That means you have to let it seed! So stop sending me BS notes about how the HOA can help me with my lawn. Stop mowing it without even asking me!
