Recent Zoning Issues for WSE
We need your help in keeping up!
The board of Directors is currently looking for an individual or group of individuals who will be responcible for keeping up with the Town of Gilbert Monthly Zoning meetings. This person, or group of person's would then keep the Board and Community up-to-date on relevant issues for our neighborhood.
Warner and Val Vista
The Target Store on the SouthWest corner of Warner and Val Vista will soon have neighbors. Tenitive plans for the following additions to the corner are: Ross Dress for Less, Petsmart, and Staples
Gilbert and Warner Road
Tenitive plans for an new Gilbert AMC Theaters are in the work for the SouthEast corner of Warner and Gilbert Road. A shopping Center, bank and various restaurants are also being considered.
