Hello,
I have a neighbor that is constantly feeding stray cats and leaving out a box/enclosure for them to sleep in on their front porch. I get warnings from the HOA about a weed in my lawn or my can being out an extra day and they have a pack of feral cats hanging out on their front porch and nothing has been done. The cats are pooping and peeing in our flower beds and digging up all of the mulch. We have also started to have an increase oin skunks in the area which might be caused by them leaving bowls of food out front. Any suggestions? Can I report to HOA or should I just call animal control?
