What is PNP? Phoenix Neighborhood Patrol is a group of certified volunteers that patrol our neighborhood as eyes and ears for the Phoenix Police. To get certified it's easy. All you have to do is attend a free class given by the Phoenix Police Dept. and they explain strategies on observing and reporting and other exciting stuff.
