Our neighborhood has been slowly getting worse in our effort to control tall grass and graffiti. It is our responsibility to take care of the tall gras to the middle of the alley and we can be cited as a homeowner by the city if we don't keep the grass below 6 inches. We should also be contacting the Graffiti hotline at 602-495-7014 if we spot any graffiti. It does not have to be our property in order to report it.

By focusing on these two things we can keep Westown beautiful and maintain our high property value. The media price of homes sold in our neighborhood is over $220,000. This is because we all work hard to keep our neighborhood clean. Great job Westown!!!
