The only ARC issue outstanding is the pool request by the LaJoie's at 304
Springbrook Ct.
I have approved that request because it is on flat ground (no slope or
runoff changes that need to be addressed) The pool is blue, The walks and coping
are gray and the fence is the same as yours, black anodized.
