Hi, did the rules for trash change?
It seems everyone has discarded their trash cans at their garage in lieu of directly placing trash bags on the street. The result looks disgusting and removes a great deal of curb appeal!
Someone has come into our driveway and actually removed the bags from the can in our driveway and then placed the removed bags onto the street!!
This is bizarre, uncomfortable, frightening and invasive.
Does anyone have a clue what is going on? Thanks!!
