Are we allowed to have or raise chickens in our neighborhood? We live on a culdisac, and behind us on Shorter Court, someone has chickens, and they smell horribly! It is hard to mow, garden or even sit on our deck because of the intense odor. We really enjoy our community and our beautiful back yard, but it's getting harder to enjoy it now that there is an intense odor coming from these chickens. Our neighbors beside us are also upset about the odor. Would love to know if this is legal in a housing community. Thank you for your attention.
