Westwood Hills Neighborhood Playground
Should Westwood Hills have a playground?
A comprehensive report was compiled by Emily Hendricks of Utah Drive South on June 1, 2004 looking into the idea of creating a playground on the empty lots at 18th Street and Utah Avenue next to Westwood Pond.
What about the Nature Center?
Westwood Hills neighborhood enjoys the trails and unspoiled beauty of Westwood Hills Nature Center. There is not, however, any children's playground equipment at this site.
What about Lamplighter Park?
Lamplighter Park contains a small ball field and a walking area around a pond. There is not, however, any children's playground equipment at this site either.
