I've tried e-mailing,calling and leaving messages yet Tom Kingham won't return any. I've had 3 break-in attempts and am now having to deal with a neighbor who's had threats from some sort of criminal. It seems that someone should have let me know if there's a new method of contact in case of emergency or crisis. I am contacting legal council if I have to sue Maximum Property Management for breach of contract. They seem incredibly able to collect monies but do nothing when problems occur.
Why won't mgmnt. return calls?

If your HOA's board is dissatisfied with current management, it may want to consider hiring and independent manager (such as me), who works for your HOA, instead of for a management company.
