Whisper Meadow Homeowners Association

Hey, as young African-American family that is kind of new to the neighborhood, I notice something; there don't seem to be many other minority families living here. Also, I see that the children are not playing all together outside.I would like to know what the community and the HOA is doing to encourage more African-American families to move to the commuity.
