We now have a new management company (CAS) and a newly elected Board of Directors as of yesterday. For those of you who could not attend the annual meeting, you re-elected Mike Williams & Victoria Morton. The newly elected members were: John Kline, President; Ross Bernstein, Vice President, Marvin Dozier, Treasurer; Jay Sousa, Secretary and Brian Fisher.
All will work very hard to serve and improve our community. I invite all residents to get and/or stay involved. I monitor the message board, so any comments that benefit the community will be taken into consideration in the event you are not able to attend the regular monthly meetings. Thanks again for all of you who voted.
Please look forward to the new Board to accomplish a long list of issues that could not be completed last year due to various reasons. As we get organized, we hope to address those issues in a timely fashion to the best of our ability and address new ones as they present themselves. Thanks again.
