White Lake Hills Neighborhood Assn

Call me Browndog and we will chat.  I have the White Lake Hills Achives in my possession.  These were assembled by Mr. Jack White and I would like to share with someone who is interested.  817-457-1507. 

Does not that take away from the whole internet experience ? We are stronger if more people can participate and if we blow off the chat room no one else will chat.

 Did Mr. White take his history back to the 1800's ? When did he start. Where is Jack ? Log on.

Mr. White lives in White Lake Hills.  817-429-8432  He is very up on his history.  We don't have any archived material back to the 1800's.  It would be interesting to find more information. 

Fontaine E Albright was the son of a Methodist minister from Tenn. then kentucky.Was born Dec 20,1845. He fought for Illinois in the civil war. Became an attorney and was active in politics in Illinois. G. Cleveland appointed him to the Territory of Dakota Supreme Court and he served there until he resigned due to the weather. He married in 1871 and his wife died before coming to Ft. Worth. I don't know when or how.

Afte5r leaving the Dakota territory he spent three years wondering from San Antonio to Denver before settling in Fort Worth. I think he died in May of 1906 and is burried in Oakwood block 57 space 19. He remarried in Sept 27,1893 to a widow ME Wims on Sept 27, 1893 Marriage License 5463 Bk 7 pg 248.

I know that ME Wims and her deceased husband owned a sizable tract of land just north of the Poly area. Was she Methodist ? Is there historical information in the Poly Methodist records about the Wims or Allbrights. I don't know of any heirs either and who owned the land before Allbright. In any case I'm sur3e I have left something out and would love to know if more information could be obtained from a Methodist who knows the records at that time.
