MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

I/We voluntarily join the White Rock Valley Neighborhood Association
Inc. I/We agree that the dues paid entitle me/us to voting membership in
this Corporation from January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006.
Futhermore, I/we agree that the full payment for ENP grants me/us
license to display the official Corporation’s ENP sign. This ENP sign is
the property of the Corporation and I/we expressly authorize the
Corporation to remove said ENP sign from my/our property if I/we do not
pay the appropriate fees from year to year as specified by the
Corporation. I/We agree to comply with the bylaws of the Corporation, to
pay dues as specified by the Board of Directors, and to hold harmless the
elected or appointed Offices, Directors and other Members of this
Corporation from any claims resulting from decisions made or activities
carried on in connection with the conduct of official business of this
Corporation.
